Animated fairy tales — with a twist.

Cinda Real

Synopsis

“Cinda Real” is a project that came out of the imagination of kids and our lovely client “Institute for Transmedia Design” from Slovenia – Murska Sobota.
Cinda Real offers an invigorating new perspective on a well-known story, with an introduction to the stigma of physical disability. It is about a girl who is stigmatized because she has only one leg. In our version, Cinda must overcome this disability on several levels: in her soul, in the family and within the community. The story also brings a change of focus from desire “marry a prince” to the wish “I just want to dance”, and an additional message is sent on empowerment and self-knowledge.
The short “Cinda Real” was made with a combination of 2D and 3D animation, Aeon helped with the compositing, and additional animation of the characters.
The short is 15 minutes long and is intended for children aged 3-7, parents, and educators.

It was really a pleasure to work on a project because it was a love at first sight.

We started as a service company, ended as co producers that invested love, like the artists from the other three countries.
